Neptune was trapped to be neutered & released back to a feral colony, but gal who trapped him realized he had potential to adjust to humans and a safe indoor life. With time in a loving foster home Neptune has adjusted well and is a sweet boy. He is shy in new situations but trusts humans and loves to get pats and cuddles. He needs a quiet home with a family to give him lot of love, attention & treats.
